Besides, if you want to become a prime....why go to Prince or any other prime....just go to the MSO and offer to do the work for 10% more then the prime was paying you as a sub.....then just scratch your head wondering why you can't get anyone who is competent to work for you at the rates you can pay while the MSO are ! Isn't that how it's done? LOL
