I know of five techs who were fired for union organizing from one Bruister office alone. Unfortunately they were not able to get back pay. Bruister drummed up some lame excuses for the firings but everyone including the NLRB investigator knew the firings were over union organizing and nothing else. Proving it was a different matter, those people who knew the truth that were still employed had been intimidated enough by the company firing the organizers that they were too scared to provide the proof needed to win the case. I was one of the five techs.
All I can say is, Herb, you and your fag0t office boys need to get yourselves some installation training because if you keep screwing over the techs like you are even the $10 per hour FNG Micky D's rejects will bail on you and you won't have anyone left but yourselves to do the installs.
