Stop making out that the dues a worker pays to be a union member are some tremindous amount. The reality of it is that dues equate to about 1½ hours of a worker's salary per month.
I have always said, and I will repeat it here again for those who are too stupid to see the truth... "A well treated employee has no need for union representation." That said are you, a employee, in this industry being treated well? Or are you, a owner or manager, treating your employees well? If not then it is possible that you, regardlesss of your position, may be dealing with a union in the future. If you are a owner/manager and want to avoid unionization then treat your employees well and they will have no reason to unionize.
