Re: Another Shop Votes Yes!

Naturally the Employee Free Choice Act is to keep both sides in line. The goal is to have the employee vote his own conciense. But company scare tactics are the ones that are seen the most.

What you dont understand, or maybe you do and are just playing the PR game, companies who threaten to close shops and fire workers illegally, are just as wrong as a union a$$hole who tries to force someone to join. Both situations are crimes. The trick companies use is to portray "blue collar" crimes in a diiferent light as "white colloar" crimes. Its a smoke and mirrors routine that is widely used. They are forced to use this tactic because acts a union violence dont often occur, unlike the annual 20,000 crimes commited by companies. 20,000 acts of violating a workers right a year. 20,000 times of breaking the law each year. As anyone can tell, they must use the smoke & mirrors routine to compare these ANNUAL 20,000 acts of crime to the occasional union a$$hole getting out of line.

The fact is, the annual 20,000 times companies illegally fire employees for supporting unions is the exact same thing as the idiot union guy who puches a scab. The only thing is you dont have 20,000 criminal acts each year being commited by union folks You do however have 20,000 crimes commited by companies each year.

Typical Dog & Pony show use by the union busters. Words like, punch, threats, vandilism, and others are associated with union crimes. These words sound much worse than illegall firings of workers. But they are both the exact same things, crimes. One side commits 20,000 crimes a year, guess which one.

I tell ya. Once you guys realize we are not stupid it will do yourselves some good.
