What it should have stated was "will train anyone. Anyone! as in A N Y O N E. (and the dumber, the better)"
And the moron prime will too. He'll hire some shmoe off the street, who in turn will screw up everything he touches, which in turn will make corp. division managers question why they pay what they do, which will lead to more rate cuts. All because some moron prime is so shortsighted he would rather have the money today than quality today, profits tomorrow.
All my years in the industry and I have yet to witness one prime train a raw tech diligently. In 90% of the cases it's 3 days riding with an experienced tech (actually, anyone who is available) and then you're on your own, kid.
