Glad they woke up, worked for DirectechSW, after two yrs we parted ways (another story). This is what its going to take for HSPs to wake up to what they are doing to techs. I know the unions are not the cure-all but it"s a step in the right direction. $30 installs have got to stop when HSPs are getting over $200 for it.
