I dont think the "english" is the biggest prob. just the fact that illegal immigration is illegal! Period. Most if not all of the branches of gov. and law enforcement agencies turn a blind eye to it more so than jay walking or spitting on the side walk. Business owners reserve the right to NOT serve someone. Illegal is illegal! If you are illegal you have no rights under our constitution! Other than GO BACK! When does it stop? Where does it stop?
