If you can pay your bills on a in-house salary stay where you are at. The thought of being a contractor, you know working for yourself. Well it is not what you think it should be in this business. You are told when to come in and you are required to give notice for time off. Yes, you may make a little more money today but remember they can fire you at any time. As a employee they have to follow some sort of protocal.
