Subs answer is right on. I'm a little late to this party, but you did say mini. I hope you meant maxi. I would assume your going to bury drops. That's what they're made to do. The mini is too light to work in anything buy light soil at 12" depth. If you are in clay... forget it. plus they only came with a gas engine. The maxi is the machine to get.....more weight and more power + trencher/boring ability as well. It will bury a drop 2, 3, even 5 times as fast as a mini depending on soil conditions.
