Re: Retainage???

You write well but I had to rewrite it to reflect the truth, this is about how the business many times works. Contractors need to keep the retainage because they are so often times the losers, drunks, drug addicts, hacks and thiefs in this business. They prebill, pencil whip, break stuff, bill for work not done, and do a lot more than that. It usually takes time for the sub to find out.
