i put up communications fiber...... stays below neutral.....for sc&g here in columbia s.c we get around 90 cents a foot for the ads (self support ) fiber ..we supply the trucks and insurance.....sometimes charge them a buck twenty five if the run is all treed out or if we have to put our hooks on ......if u r wanting to run the high line fiber......those guys are getting close to 2 bucks a foot for a sub....lol
