Name me one major merger that was held up only due to the union not wanting it to happen. (not one that they took credit for by riding in on the shirt tails)
The phone systems will follow through also.
I dont know or care to know much about the union (that is why I quit responding to those posts) but your comment on me doing my research on the mergers is another story.
I live very close to this one..... I hate to see most of these happen myself. It makes us have to adjust to the changes but they will happen.
Remember the date on the cable system merger....
