I dont understand you. You say on average 300 union members, out of 14 million, per year have infractions. You feel this discredits the ENTIRE labor community. But lawyer have about the same history, but you advocate companies using them for their "union problems".
How you are able to jump on and off your moral high horse is amusing. Everyones rights are important except the workers to you. HSPs are not union shops. The were treating their employees worse than illegals. Violating labor laws, which is a crime. Now you are going to have your employees sit in mandatory meetings and explain to them how its not your fault YOU violated their rights. Nice, real nice.
I guess only time will tell how this will pan out. I for one hope these HSPs are held accontable for their actions.
