Always a lost of revenue since day one. Depends on how bad you want this "guy" or "people" yes always make sure everyone knows what "could" happen according to the law if they tamper with the communications/cable property and service by door tags or flyers. I have seen door tags work best because that lets the bad guys know you are out there and are watching. Plus it is not unusual to have a neighbor get tired of being cut off because of numb nuts stealing service and will gladly give his name address phone make of car ect. up to you without even asking. But, we had a prob. like that once upon a time and really became a pain in the a$$. So we discovered the guy liked to disco is neighbor at nite watch tv then reco in the morn before we got to the building. Well after many complaints from people in the building we set up recon! Yup. Just a cam corder, six pack of beer and a lawn chair strategically placed and we caught him in the act twice. Took it to the police. They picked him up. We pressed charges. They stuck thanks to the ol camcorder. See somethings are just too easy, as long as you really think "basic".
