DFW,
Please tell me more about the phone line fiasco, as I am working for another HSP that requires employees to connect phone with a margin of failure rate that will equal the pay of the empoyee. In laymans terms, if there is a non-responder then the employee can be terminated on a % base. This will include not only the customers that "may" unplug the system within the first 14 days for whatever reason, and the % of customers that may obtain DSL services where filters are involved/needed to let the system dial out.
As the HSP states, they are fined a certain amount BY DTV for every non-responder. They are granted a certain bonus by all rcvr's that do.
What is the truth about the matter? Is DTV selling the consumers practice of recording one show, or ordering an event to a third party? Or are we led to believe what we hear on channel 201 by that cross eyed lady who states "your system MUST be hooked to a land line at all times?. "
Shed some light?
Thanks
JG
