QC and training cut into margins, which is why no prime seriously performs either. The game is simple; hire a cheap hack and hope for the best. If they're lucky, that hack will have reasonable customer service skills and last awhile. If they're not, the customer will still preempt the hack work done and get him/her booted from the system promto.
The industry is sick but there's still too much money to be made, leaving me a sucker for its punishment.
And I'm loving it.
