Check in the LNB Setup menu whether the receiver is set for stacked lnb's. It shouldn't be, as it is defaulted for unstacked, but if it is, it will cause you to only get one set of transponders when you are using the standard, unstacked LNB that comes with the dish. To get to this menu on a D11, on the front of the receiver ONLY - press right arrow and "Active" buttons at the same time, and it will come up on the screen.
