Hey SatSouth & barnburner, I've got an idea, if Bruister is such a great place to work why don't you guys advertise for new techs on the bar? And list those great hourly pay rates so everyone can see how generous you guys are. I know you guys are always hiring because the local paper has an ad almost every week. If you truely want professional installers what better place to advertise than in a forum where professional installers regularly post?
