what is your idea of fairly, uboat?
your idea might not be the same as every body else.
and do you know for a fact, that these mistreated employee's were actualy treated poorly or outside of company policy?
because if memory serves me correct, isn't every EMPLOYEE given a copy of company the policy and procedures?
and isn't it a fact that each employee has the right to quit if they don't like changes made in policy?
it seems there a a majority of complainers out there (and before you go cryin bad post read this part again) who are actualy discruntal, is because of termination and or repramend.
And here is the thing that you, and trey, and others like you, fail to notice the most, they know the policy going in and don't have a problem with it. the in house tech, has an option of taking it or not. just as they do to vote union or not.
Compare it to the high school kid who take a job at MC Donalds.
he knows what he's getting into, right? And what happens when he figures out theres more? 9 out 10 times he quits.
bad comparison?
i don't think so. And heres why,
both higher in experienced people new to the industry. both offer training. both offer a low wage. so why are there no union talks about MC Donalds who also has a high turn rate.
why is it that in our industry there is a great lake of faith in negotiating our own terms independantly.
this is in no way a defense for or siding with bruisters.
