Hey cabletech, it helps if you know someone high on the food chain in a system that can help get in the door to be a prime on a contract. Also like Hybrid said you need atleast 100K to 500K for start up money. It depends on how long you have to wait to get paid (30 days Min.), and how many guys you have to pay. We had a prime with only 4 trucks working on a drop rebuild and got paid 30 days out. We paid out over 70K before we got our 1st check. Wish I could find another drop rebuild somewhere.
