First of all, if you were to ever call those people you would come to realize that most of them are just conducting polls. They never have positioins if they ever call back, and 90% of them don't. When they do though, it's always something along the lines of "well, we're the best of the best and we know we're starting this contract on so and so date, we think, and we need top people like yourself for staff. How little will you work for?" And you never hear from them again. I always thought that was because they finished their poll.
