That's a good one. You might try flyering instructions to the doors of each tenant explaining how to change the remote code if they find that their TV is being changed by other users. Just make sure the instructions are very clear that they need to use TV 1 remote to access the SYS INFO screen. Make sure they understand not to use TV 2 remote to access the screen. You will probably still have to roll on a few but at least the tenants will have a solution in hand that they can try without waiting for a service tech. On the programming instructions, you can also state that a technician will be present on the property on such and such a date and that a sign-up sheet is at the clubhouse/leasing office if they would like to sign up for a tech visit.
