Construction costs?

Needing a loose figure of cost of aerial construction. Roughly say new build,dual cable mostly,just a loose figure I know this varies wildly but lets say per mile strand and cable placement only composite with anchors guys bonds etc. This is purely for speculation I'm trying to get a grasp of cost of constuction minus all the other costs such as mapping and make ready.
