Im not putting him down at all, Im just saying these companies are hiring unskilled labor give them a in house status and lower the prices we have been complaining about. I actually feel sorry for the man and hope im not in his shoes in 20 yrs. but there are a lot of experienced techs out there that can do 10 times what he can and all they want is a little more pay. now which is more economical I ask you?
