Yes talked with an engineer yesterday seems the interface box at the set is high ($1200?). Plus I think some people have their head in the sand. Who could want more than 6megs anyhow? I dunno but I guess some people do. I think there are a few things to work out in the application but the biggest of course is cost. I dont think Verizon will belly up but we"ll see,I'm glad they"re not deploying in my neck of the woods though. We just sold one cable system to a phone company rather than compete,been a long time since I've wrecked out that much catv. Matter of fact in 20yrs I've never cut down an entire plant and this was good plant working tight 550mghz .
