your guessing right DTV only knows if a reciever is activated .
dtv doesnt worry who has what . as techs,, thats vendor or hsp problem , so if you didnt cover your aress with your paper work you lose 250 is much to hi if these recivers show up,you should charge them for lose of time and 250 also if they dont ouch .
