thnx wondered because I have moved twice since I have been down here and both times I had to take it right to the top level
tech support before I could get someone to activate my modem.
And took a couple hours to tell them they could commission it WITHOUT sending a tech out.
Seems there only familiar with the brainless cst and it throws them for a big loop when someone actually knows what they want and what there talking about.
Just wish it wasn't like pulling teeth when I need my modem activated.
