1. Most techs come from all over the country (most locals are still displaced) and they can't stay forever. Most have to go back home to their families after a few months.
2. The area was also flooded with companies from all over the country. Well, now the MSO's are deciding who they want to keep permanently, and we have to fill the additional slots from the other companies that are gone or are about to be gone.
3. As Splicer Life 4me said, we are still doing recovery and restoration from last years hurricanes, and the season has begun again.
