I've seen the 100-200 a week chargeback rule, that money usually goes to a shell company that the office uses to explain warranty work. Usually under the wife of someone's maiden name.
Its amazing how it can pop up when you start to bitch about pay.
You have the right to fix your work, or at least confront the accusation. I do good work, and if the customer changes their mind after a signature, I shouldn't have to waste my gas to kiss their ass.
