ADC makes a rack mount slack storage unit that takes up about 8" of rack space to store your jumper slack. Im in the Telco side and we usually wind up storing about 1-2 meters of jumper slack. ADC also has a slack storage attachment that mounts on the front or back of your racks along the vertical plane with a series of turrets to wind slack around keeping with minimum bend requirement.
