I was one of the better trainers, some of the old school guys just used the new guys as free laborers and never taught them anything more then to be a helper, then they were lost when it came down to paper work, and how to do a install themselves.

I took the time to train, and even with my limited time in the field, most techs wanted me to re-train them after they got screwed by another tech.
