Re: SA II impulse noise (electrical interference)

I had a very similar problems with cracked insulators near our OTN. A car hit a pole. PC replaced pole and insulators at a near pole a week or so later and problem is gone. They also went right to left and were almost undetectable to horrible. Can you see anything beyond the split? Say...51 and up to maybe FM. Any C/N fluctuations....anything in the forward?
