Very possible, but it seems the LNB's tend to be the first suspect IMHO, not that I'm saying that you are wrong in anyway, and I am just a newbie but I am fairly confident that is the problem for whatever that is worth.

If you found the problem GROUNDBLOCK, please share what happened...
