Please don't take this the wrong way, but I think you are very fortunate to make 14.00 per hour and not have any experiance. Also if the supers are fixing stuff for you and your not even rolling on trouble calls, how are you going to learn the things you need to know to move up in the company or make a higher wage, etc.
The cable bussiness is all about long hours, hard work, trial and error. Ask those 2 guys that know more than you to give you some training or go to ncti.com and talk to your boss about getting some training, there courses are pretty thorough. You'll go a lot farther in the company if you get some help and keep customers happy.
