I buried drops for a company (Digital Cable & Communications-Ohio) in Suffolk, VA (Charter) and have not been paid on 2 specific invoices for 90 days!!
I keep calling about my money but get nothing but excuses (I'm in a meeting, I'm looking in to that, I'll call u back, or I don't know if Charter is going to pay)
I actually think, he thinks, that if he keeps putting me off, I'll just go away- but he's nuts!!!
If I sue the contractor (Digital Cable) , do I also sue Charter?
I'll be calling an attorney today- just wondering what I can expect?
