yes, they are expecting more out of me then what was told. i am definately more a part of new projects and whatever then the past tech. they didn't care what his thought were. i am fine with this. i want to move up in the company as fast as i can. since i already work out of the home office and they like to hire within this shouldn't be a problem. i am glad they are asking me what my thoughts are on certain things and allowing me to take more control.
