Re: headend help

and it looks like i'm in a good place. i might have a lot of questions and i know i'll probably sound stupid some of the time. i'm interested in my job i've just had no training what so ever. so i'm expected to fix problems when i wasn't taught anything. luckily i haven't had any real amount of problems that i couldn't handle. thank you.
