any common encounters

I work for directech they hire anyone with a good driving record and no felonies two weeks of training with a trainer who is not getting paid for training so he really has nothing but a gopher for the time his rookie is with him so the put these guys out into the field paying the pennies for a install we use to get for a upgrade and they love to hack it up that is just one of the things that is sh**y about this company.
