LMAO...what a bunch of losers..Directech is one of the reasons the word hack came into effect. I don't doubt they would do anything and everything to a tech.....The regional manager of Directech in Memphis installed my wife's grandmothers dish. Service call after service call after service call. You know who you are Jason. I sent him over there on his first day with the hsp, I was a QC manager...Bunch of corporate monkeys.
