Re: how many

Sorry dude, but you couldn't make it in satellite, so you shouldn't be giving people advise on it, period. We all know your sob stories about quitting early out of satellite because you only made chump change working for some crap company. You're one of these people who couldn't make it in the sat world and so think that no one else can. There are people here putting down some good deposits at the bank. The fact that you weren't one of them is a testament to your own inability and not the nature of the entire business. You cry because you think the sat world **** on you and owes you some kind of reparations. You seem to think that every person who enters this industry is going to get screwed, blued and tattooed. The reality is that some will enter this business and make a good living and you are talking them out of it only because this industry ate you alive.

I read on another thread that you told someone that their LNB was to blame when the information provided did not give enough information to rule out the switch or cabling. If he takes your advice he may well buy a part he doesn't need when he might just have a bad connector. Assuming you resolve service calls the same way that you advised this guy to, I would say you do suck at service calls.

Let's face it, not everyone is a failure like you when it comes to satellite.
