As a Dishnetwork Subcontractor we are being charged back (up to 2.5 times the amount paid) for repeat trouble calls that happen within 90 days REGARDLESS of the reason for the 2nd trouble call. In other words we must warranty not just our work but everything else that can happen such as problems caused by customers but equipment failures and EVERYTHING ELSE. We are getting killed.
