And while we are talking HSP standards, what about the Ka/Ku dish? That is also extra work for no extra $$$. HSP work orders have codes that indicate what work is to be done. This includes phone lines, Ka/Ku dish, DVR second line, etc.. The HSP's get paid per item and keep the extra's.
I think they are all greedy suits who have never stepped foot out in the field as a tech. This is one reason why things are as they are.
