We received the dreaded notice today along with everyone else and here is a point for companies that were handling their installs. According to the email they said we would be subject to CB if we did not install the orders in the system but they also copied and pasted a part of our contract that says differently....."Good Morning,
This is to inform that any and all work orders that were sent over prior to the ending of our working relationship are expected to be completed. Any customer's that you choose not to install may result in a charge back to your company. All of this is stated in your contract that you had with Professional Satellite LLC. Below you will find the section of the contract: Thank you.
M. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate this relationship for any reason whatsoever with written notice to either the address, fax, or email listed below. Any unfulfilled Work Orders will be void and INSTALLER shall receive no monies for any work performed following the date of the termination letter. Any orders fulfilled prior to the date of the termination letter will be paid 60 days following the notice of termination with all of the appropriate deductions by PROSAT in its sole and absolute discretion. For any orders that are in pending scheduling status, INSTALLER shall provide to a written list of such orders within 24 hours of the issuance of notice of termination. All installations completed prior to the date of termination are the sole responsibility of the INSTALLER for the length of the Installation Warranty......"
Notice it says that any work done after termination letter has been received will not be eligible for pay? Don't install any more jobs for these clowns, and I hate to tell you guys and girls, we are not getting paid what they owe us, we have all seen this scenario play out too often. All Pro Sat is doing right now is figuring out how to screw us out of as much money as possible. My suggestion would be to join Tim and do whatever we can but the only way these dirtbags are paying is by court order and if we think otherwise we are just kidding ourselves. And within 30 days Corey will have disappeared.
