I agree with you OSG, but its not that simple. DTV will not refuse a customer because they have no phone lines or refuse to have receivers connected to them. But, the HSP who is the contractor, wants them conected because they get extra compensation from DTV for installing them. A waiver is not an option because it means a loss of revenue for the HSP (Mastec). Yet another example of how greed and hunger for money out weighs common sense and logic.
