(Insert bad company name here) has incorporated a work order deployment system via the internet. The contractor is responsible for monthly usage and will be held from their pay on the 1st pay period of the month. Below is a fee schedule for these services.
1-19 Completed jobs per month $1 per job
20-125 Completed jobs per month $20 flat rate
125-250 Completed jobs per month $40 flat rate
