Good point. I like the Cafferty File's (CNN) idea of the border fence - razor or barbed wire with land mines on each side. Somone pointed out in an email that the government has ways to eavesdrop on millions of citizens, yet it can't find a way to track illegals in this country. If there ever is a guest worker program (although I'm still unaware of how they plan to get it initiated or get the "guest workers" to sign up) they all need to be microchipped and tracked. Like my hub said, they did it to Martha Stewart so they could keep tabs on her. Our government - they forget they are supposed to protect the rights of their legal citizens and not the illegals and Vicente Fox. I haven't read the full Heritage report, but now that you bring it up, I certainly will. Thanks for the head's up.
