Myself...If I were being charged back for non responders on customers who don't even have a land based phone line. I would gather me up a lawyer and file a law suit. That has to be illegal. That's like charging you back for DTV taking away a station from the customer. All these HSP's are worried about numbers...bottom line, they rid theirselves of professional techs every damned day.
