As a production driven tech.........I would take one look and your meter and change the LNB and look again...If that fixed the problem I would move on.
All the other approaches are valid troubleshooting but since the problem just began it is the multiswitch with the most complex system and so that is where I would look.
A spare LNB is not a waste of money...........you will need it next minute or next year......failure to ground has been reported as a cause of LNB failure.
