Scientific Atlanta needs experienced Sweepers!!

Location: Multiple locations CONUS (initial projects are in Missouri).

Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years experience performing system Sweep and balance of 750 MHz plant, both forward and Reverse to include the following:

§ Coaxial splicing standards

§ Fiber technical specifications

§ Amplifier alignment procedures

§ Structural return loss coaxial cable

§ Use and application of optical test equipment

§ Use of RF sweep and CLI test equipment

Assignment: To provide system sweep and Certification of 2 way active HFC networks in a cost effective and timely manner, as directed by Program Manager at various sites and locations around the United States.

Scientific Atlanta will provide the truck, tools, and test equipment.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to drive and travel to multiple job sites without restrictions. Must be certified to operate a lift truck. Must be able to lift 50 to 60 lbs.
