Where has this attitude gotten us this far. Its people lke you who keep the techs down. If you guys are the ones getting work from MSOs and you believe in the slave/master relationship, the tech will alwys suffer. Thats why I say sepreate the money. Installers get their cotract, and you who manage the contract get a seperate contract.
The sad thing is you guys feel you are doing techs duch a great service. Accepting work for peanuts which means you can only pay peanuts is not a great service.
